Morven Miller, Director and Personal Trainer at MM Fitness has grown up in the Auchterarder area and is a fully qualified REPS registered (Register of Exercise Professionals) Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer, Tri Planar Kettlebell Instructor, holds a Level 3 Qualification in Exercise Referral, is a Level 4 specialist in Diabetes and Obesity and is a certified Spinning Instructor. She is fully insured and holds her Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
Morven trained with Premier International Ltd in Newcastle and having worked and gained experience in a number of top quality gyms and studios, worked freelance for about 18 months before MM Fitness came to the fore.
1:1 Personal Training sessions are available with Morven and Ryan to members and non-members where they can help you improve your own fitness, help with weight management or just simply encourage you with your own personal goals.
Ryan McDowell Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, holds his Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, Level 3 Personal Training qualification and is a certified Spinning and Kettlebell Instructor. He too holds his Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
