Personal Training

Morven is our resident Personal Trainer and is here to help you achieve your own personal goals and lifestyle.

Morven is a fully qualified REPS registered (Register of Exercise Professionals) Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer, Tri Planar Kettlebell Instructor and certified Spinning Instructor. She is fully insured and holds her Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate. After completing her training with Premier International Ltd in Newcastle, Morven worked and gained experience in a number of top quality gyms and studios before becoming a Freelance PT.

1:1 Personal Training sessions are available to members and non-members (at MM Fitness, or if you prefer out in the fresh air, at your home, work place or perhaps your local park) and can help you improve your own fitness, help with weight management or just simply encourage and motivate you to achieve your own personal goals. Group Training Sessions can also be arranged so get together with friends, work colleagues or family and let your fitness campaign begin (Maximum 4 people).
